Meet Palwinder Dhillon, one of our Software Support Technicians. He has been with us for years, and his desk is home to a fantastic, bubbly lava lamp. It’s a reward from his boss for his incredible flexibility during a recent office expansion, having moved his workspace multiple times without a complaint. If you have ever met or worked with Palwinder, you realize that the lamp is more than just a cool desk accessory; it’s a perfect metaphor for his personality: warm, adaptable, and always moving forward.
The Cyclical Flow of Success
Palwinder handles just about any issue that can arise with a customer. When he does, he never fails to foster a deep connection.
“Let me give you an example. When I recently helped a customer with their WasteWORKS version upgrade, I, of course, became very familiar with their setup. When they reached back out at a later date about another issue, we were able to find a solution together, faster,” he says.
“Familiarity allows us to be proactive. We believe in providing solutions that eliminate unnecessary effort for our customers. There’s no need to explain that every time they call for any little thing. We’ve done the foundational work, and they trust us, and they trust the flow, ” he added.
