You don't necessarily need a weigh master to process loads at all your waste sites. Many WasteWORKS customers find that they can let the drivers of the vehicles serve themselves automatically using WasteWIZARD.

How does the driver "talk" to your computer? That's up to you. One approach is to supply your customers with magnetic stripe cards that identify the customer and vehicle. Another approach is to use Radio Frequency Interface tags which are mounted on the vehicle for completely automatic weighing.

The most flexible approach, however, is to use a flexible keypad device . The driver selects English or Spanish as his preferred language, then WasteWIZARD asks him for the information needed to process his load.

Whatever technology you use for data collection, WasteWIZARD calculates the amount of the ticket including special contract pricing and taxes. Depending on the particular accessories you choose to use, WasteWIZARD can also print one or two copies of the ticket, open gates and operate signal lights. WasteWIZARD can be used with vehicles that do or don't have stored tare weights. WasteWIZARD can even be used for materials where weights aren't used at all, including liquid waste where the volume is automatically retrieved from selected pump equipment.

After WasteWIZARD tickets a load, the transaction is a regular WasteWORKS ticket from that point on. All the billing and reporting capabilities of WasteWORKS can be used for tickets generated by WasteWIZARD.
